In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. You will also play a key part in managing invoicing, procurement, budgeting, and assisting with monthly financial reporting and audits.Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.Review and prepare general ledger and subsidiary ledger transactions to ensure accuracy and proper accounting treatment.Track capital expenditures and assist with maintaining the asset register, ensuring plant assets are reviewed annually.Manage invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Understand the procurement process, including creating and tracking purchase orders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Manages all expense reports and credit card reconciliation including administration of the tracking / approval system.Assist with internal / external audits.Communicate regularly with teams in sales, purchasing, logistics, and other departments to foster a solution-driven environment.Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies.Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain accuracy.Other duties as assignedPlease note: this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee performing this job.
