What You'll Do

• Administer critical care to pediatric patients in a busy PICU setting
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and ventilator settings
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Prepare and administer medications, including intravenous therapies and sedation
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly in electronic health records
• Assist with procedures such as ventilator management, EVD systems, and EEG monitoring
• Respond swiftly during emergency situations and support unit readiness

What You Need

• Valid RN license for Louisiana or compact state
• Minimum of 1 year PICU or NICU experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (current and active)
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible with holiday coverage
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
