Executive Director – The Landing of Longcove- Location: Mason, OH Triple Crown Senior Living is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of The Landing of Longcove , an assisted living community in Mason, OH! As the Executive Director (ED), you will create a positive environment and experience for all customers, including residents, their families, staff, and referral sources. The ideal candidate will lead the team in developing a business that meets revenue goals while effectively controlling expenses. Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business, or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an ED in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Home Care. Knowledge of state regulations is required.
