Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Oversee full-cycle AP and AR—including vendor invoice processing, payment scheduling (ACH, check, wire), customer invoicing, payment application, AR aging monitoring, and collections follow-up.

• Account Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank, credit card, and merchant balance reconciliations.

• General Ledger & Reporting: Post journal entries, maintain the chart of accounts, and generate routine financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)

• Preferred Software & Tool Proficiency

• Accounting & ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with platforms such as QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) , NetSuite , or  SAP.

• Spreadsheets: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
