Collection Representative Thousand Oaks, CA | Full-Time | In-Office Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonus Location: 555 St. Charles Drive, Suite 100 Thousand Oaks, CA 91360 Schedule: Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST No Weekends!

We are seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused Collection Representatives to join our growing Thousand Oaks team. What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound collection calls professionally and respectfully.
- Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to all federal, state, client, and company compliance requirements.
- Manage an active portfolio of 250+ accounts and work toward monthly performance goals.
- Accurately document account activity and maintain detailed records within collection systems.
- Research, verify, and update account information using approved data sources.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings to support professional development and success.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards.
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.
