This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining your clinical practice. While you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule, some evening and weekend availability will be required to cater to the needs of our clients, enabling them to find the support they desire at convenient times.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate healing.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions that resonate with each client's needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Lead crisis intervention efforts, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to protect client welfare.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
