Lead HVAC Installer – $25–$40/hr + Commission + Yearly Bonus + Take-Home Truck

We're a family-owned company with 15 years in Western North Carolina, serving Asheville, Swannanoa, Hendersonville and the surrounding area. We specialize in high-efficiency inverter and variable-speed systems, and we need a lead installer who takes the same pride in the work that we do.

WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE
You'll spend most of your time leading residential changeouts and new installs, from pulling the old equipment to commissioning the new system and walking the homeowner through it. When the install schedule allows, you'll also help out on service calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead installs of inverter, variable-speed and conventional systems
- Handle line sets, brazing, electrical, venting and duct modifications
- Start up and commission systems properly and verify performance
- Protect customers' homes and leave every job site spotless
- Represent our company professionally from arrival to final walkthrough
- Support service and repair work as needed
- Spot indoor air quality and replacement opportunities

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 2 to 10 years of HVAC installation experience
- Solid knowledge of refrigeration, electrical and airflow
- A professional appearance and a good way with customers
- The drive to run a job without being micromanaged
- EPA 608 certification
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record

BONUS POINTS FOR
- Inverter or variable-speed install experience
- Crew leadership experience
- Service and troubleshooting skills
- NATE certification or an NC HVAC license
