1st shift - Inspector/Packer

Position Title Inspector/Packer – Wage: $15.50 per hour. Shift: 1st, Hours: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Mon–Thurs). QPS Employment Group has a great Inspector/Packer position available in Pacific, MO. Responsibilities Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or quality issues according to company specifications. Accurately sort, count, and package products for shipment. Ensure packaging meets quality, safety, and labeling requirements. Identify and report defective materials or products to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and production procedures. Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast‑paced environment. Assist with other production or warehouse tasks as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior manufacturing, inspection, or packing experience a plus (not required). Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math and counting skills. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs. Manual dexterity for handling small or repetitive items. Preferred Qualifications Reliability and punctuality.
