(Please note the firm does not practice lemon law.) Compensation DOE Associate: 1-5 years of experience: $150k – $200k Sr. Associate: 5-7 years of experience: $200k – $250k Partner: 7-10 years of experience: $250k+ Significant bonus opportunities (% on settled cases, Y/E discretionary, origination) Job responsibilities include Conducting legal research (heavy emphasis) Drafting discovery and motions (heavy emphasis) Court appearances and arguing motions Taking and defending depositions

Requirements Prior class action experience req’d; open to train on consumer law.
