Luxury Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate $12.00 to $15.00 per hour. Commission structure: earn up to 8% on transactions, potentially adding $13.02 per hour on top of your hourly rate. The role engages customers seeking high‑end merchandise, provides expert product knowledge, and maintains elevated merchandising standards to showcase high‑value inventory. Key Responsibilities Deliver a polished, hospitality‑driven customer experience. Engage customers with product expertise and personalized recommendations. Support sales of luxury items including fine jewelry, designer brands, and collectible merchandise. Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards to showcase high‑value inventory. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting). Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified. Comfortable assisting customers on the exterior of the building or retrieving products from exterior storage. Minimum age: 18 years old. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Strong desire to work, serve customers, collaborate, and be team‑oriented. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in basic math calculations. Cash handling experience preferred. Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate. Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
