The Role:The Senior Director of Digital Operations and Strategic Portfolio Management will serve as a pivotal 'force multiplier' within Moderna, driving the execution of strategic digital initiatives and ensuring alignment with the broader operational priorities of the company.Situated at the core of the leadership team, this role is responsible for the operational delivery of Moderna's Digital Agenda, enabling the CIO to concentrate on primary objectives while effectively managing digital strategy, operations, and talent. Based in our new state-of-the-art, LEED-certified headquarters in Cambridge, MA, this position requires onsite presence >70% of the time with up to 30% flexibility to work from home. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs.
