Contract Remote Role | Accounting Clerk9 months contract with possible extension Pay range: $21 - 23.21/hour on w2 (All Inclusive)Support day-to-day legal billing operations, including invoice processing and general accounts payable activities.Monitor the legal billing inbox, responding to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries.Deliver responsive, high-quality service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Review invoices for accuracy and confirm that negotiated discounts and agreed-upon billing arrangements are appropriately applied.Set up and maintain legal matters within the applicable billing systems.Assist with accounts payable projects and other operational priorities as assigned.Experience with Brightflag or a comparable legal billing platform is a plus.Experience with the Zip intake and orchestration platform is a plus.
