LHH is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a growing organization to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow their accounting experience in a collaborative environment. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $28-$30 an hour.

Responsibilities:

· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

· Enter invoices, payments, and other financial information into accounting systems

· Reconcile accounts and assist with resolving discrepancies

· Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation

· Assist with billing, cash applications, and payment processing

· Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals

· Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments

· Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting

· Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support the accounting team

· Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information

Qualifications:

· 1+ year of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred

· High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting coursework or degree a plus

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

· Experience with accounting or ERP software preferred

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
