Clinical Manager (Clinical Supervisor) - Foster Care

$80k - $88k

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health

Clinical Coordinator (Supervisor) Maintains and delivers high quality therapeutic services to Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) individuals with a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral complications. Provides clinical supervision of the Therapeutic Home Specialists (Treatment Coordinators) and Clinicians (Therapists) and supports and intervenes for Therapeutic Home Providers and TFC Individuals as needed. Cultivates positive working relationships with referral and funding sources and coordinates referrals and placements within foster homes. Salary: $80,000 - $88,000 Benefits and Rewards Paid time off (24 days per year, increase with years of service); Sick time (64 hours per year) ASCEND career accelerator program and tuition assistance Retirement, eM Life for Mental Health and Work/Life Programs, Service Anniversary Awards Free access to Payactiv, a platform to get a portion of earned wages between pay periods Quality Low‑Cost Benefits (medical, dental, vision, pet insurance) with 30‑day eligibility waiting period for new hires Qualifications Master’s degree and New Mexico licensure as a licensed independent social worker (LISW), licensed professional clinical mental health counselor (LPCC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), licensed psychologist or other licensed independent practitioner in a related field OR a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree in psychiatric nursing or clinical nurse specialist in a related field Minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical practice with children, adolescents and families Supervisory experience required Works in office and home or community settings as well as throughout the service area, its premises and in the community Other Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards) Valid New Mexico Driver's License & pass DMV 36‑month history check Pre‑employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable) Drug test within 24hrs of offer with negative results Ability to attend full time New Hire Orientation Monday‑Friday 8:30am‑5pm (paid) We strive to create an inclusive environment, and retain the talented employees who make our organization a great place to work.
