We are searching for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work to join the team in Brighton, MI as an Extruder Operator.
- 1st Shift: Monday to Thursday 6pm - 6am
- Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plastic extrusion equipment in a production environment
- Startup extrusion lines, monitor material flow, and make adjustments as needed
- Adjust machine settings, temperatures, speeds, and process controls to maintain product specifications
- Perform quality checks and monitor machine output throughout the production process
- Set up and adjust cooling systems and related equipment
- Read digital machine displays and follow detailed production instructions
- Use a forklift to transport raw materials and finished products as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently while supporting production goals and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous experience operating plastic extrusion and production machinery preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine adjustments and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read machine displays and follow detailed work instructions
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
