The ideal candidate will have previous experience in billing, finance, or related fields, with strong data entry skills and knowledge of standard accounting procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Calculate Costs: Determine costs of goods and services by gathering and analyzing data.
2. Track Deliveries: Monitor and record deliveries to customers, ensuring accurate invoicing.
3. Invoice Processing: Distribute invoices for sales
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company standards.
5. General Office Tasks: Perform other office tasks as needed to support the accounting department and overall operations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous Experience: Proven experience in billing, finance, or other related fields.
2. Data Entry Skills: Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with standard accounting procedures and principles.
4. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
6. Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages (required).
