Process Quality Analyst

Position Overview Process Quality Manager – responsible for strategic planning, reporting, and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and execute facility strategic planning activities, including quarterly future states, forecasts, and annual budgets. Oversee all reporting functions (IC, headcount, time and attendance). Manage teams comprising Payroll Specialist, Warehouse Administrator, and Discipline Coordinator. Identify opportunities for improvement, initiate improvement programs, and monitor their results. Establish and maintain cross‑functional partnerships with the Director of Operations (DO) to eliminate obstacles and sustain results. Guide facility startups, transitions, and business changes from a planning perspective; conduct analysis using the PQM toolbox to support plans. Maintain high‑accuracy staffing reports (long‑term staffing, terms, and transfers) and conduct audits to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with operations and HR to determine hiring plans and monitor workforce alignment with building needs. Participate in staffing and senior leadership meetings; report on KPI trends and educate the operations team. Advise the DO on action plans and specific improvement steps. Lead facility management and supervision, ensuring execution of corporate policies and direct alignment with corporate goals. Conduct periodic evaluations and performance reviews to maintain policy compliance. Ensure compliance with company policies; conduct monthly compliance audits and report findings. Identify root causes of noncompliance, formulate solutions, and develop standard operating procedures as needed. Serve as the sole resource for establishing or revising corporate policies that accommodate facility needs. Generate scorecards highlighting key quality indicators and provide trend analysis to the DO. Provide regular reporting to leadership: weekly warehouse cost projections, variances, and profit‑and‑loss breakdowns. Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI information to the DO and operations team; interpret results, raise red flags, and propose solutions. Act as point person for new salary hires, onboarding schedules, system access, and equipment needs. Collaborate with other Process Quality Managers to share best practices. Review and approve expense requests under $5,000 and ensure proper P&L allocation. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements Years of experience: 3+ years in operations management, preferably with warehouse experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics Management, Operations & Supply Chain Management, or related field. Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America). Specialized knowledge of P&L and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong analytical skills, trend analysis, and improvement identification. Leadership skills: team building, communication, coaching, influence, conflict resolution. Physical ability: N/A. Work Environment Travel required: Yes. Office temperature: 65°F to 75°F. Warehouse temperatures: Perishable (28°F to 60°F), Grocery (50°F to 90°F), Freezer (–20°F to 0°F).
