Payroll / Bookkeeping / Office Administrator- Lutz / Wesley Chapel-FL

Job Description Job Description Looking for Front Desk Payroll, Bookkeeping, Office administrative assistant for a fast-growing accounting firm in Lutz, FL. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multi-task, be detail oriented and have exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide client base. Candidate will be competent in prioritizing and a fast learner. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy, contributing to driving sustainable growth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Front Desk - Answer and directing phone calls in a professional manner. Organize and schedule appointments. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Assist in the preparation and filing of regularly scheduled reports. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Develop and maintain an accurate filing system, workflow system and CRM Preparation of Weekly Payroll Preparation of Monthly - Sales tax returns. Monthly Bookkeeping and related tasks. Corporation Creation, in addition to applying for State and Local Licenses / Permits. Growth opportunity into Tax Preparation. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers. File organization and document preparation. Supporting the streamlining of the businesses to become paperless. Requirements Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Critical thinking skills are essential being a small fast growing business Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Flexibility and willingness to accommodate last minute requests Positive attitude, willing to learn, take responsibility. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Comfortable dealing with large volumes of complex data Comfortable dealing with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Proficient with Google Docs Ability to learn new software Other Attributes Experience in the accounting field – Not essential. Experience using Project management software – Not essential. Experience - Payroll, Accounting , Bookkeeping, Tax Return - Ideal Software - QuickBooks / Drake / ADP / RingCentral / CRM systems – Ideal Company Description We are a fast growing family run Accounting / Taxation and Payroll firm.
