Role Overview
FinPro, Inc is a management consulting firm specialized in financial institutions, with a focus on digital analytics and advisory services for banks.
Managing Director, Consulting team – responsible for leading client engagements, strategy development, presentation to C‑suite and boards, and travel across the country.
Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ client engagements independently, with oversight from Executive Managing Directors.
- Develop and present strategies and analyses to clients’ C‑suite executives and boards.
- Travel nationwide, including occasional night and weekend trips.
- Accelerate learning in banking and consulting areas to become a subject‑matter expert.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience as a commissioned examiner at a state or federal regulatory agency.
- Strong drive, attitude, and willingness to thrive in a culture that prioritizes performance over formal education.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C‑suite and board‑level audiences.
