Human Resources Generalist/ HR Coordinator

We are currently looking for HR Generalist/Coordinator in Somerville, NJ. A well-established home health care service is looking for an experienced, dedicated, and hard working individual who want to continue their career while earning a great paycheck.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am - 4:30pm (FLEX SCHEDULE: 3 days a week. 22.5 hrs total)
Pay:
- $25-30/hr (Based on experience)
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee file audit
- Redo new hire paperwork for approx. 8-10 employees
- Help organize HRIS
- Take recruiter screens as needed
HR Generalist Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience with onboarding paperwork, and audits
- Minimum 1 year of HR Generalist/Coordinator exp a MUST
- Minimum 1 year of I-9 experience a MUST
- Time management, and critical thinking skills
- Able to prioritize tasks
