Surgical Technologist (Operating Room / Surgical Services)

Location - Santa Rosa, CA

Duration - 13 Weeks

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to support a busy Operating Room department within an acute care facility. Candidates should be highly skilled in surgical procedures, sterile technique, and intraoperative support.

Assignment Details:

• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• 5+ years of experience preferred
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Weekend coverage required based on unit needs
• On-call participation required
• Floating required as needed
• Average Daily Census: 25
• Department Size: 8 Operating Rooms
• Maximum of 7 days requested time off

Required Qualifications:

• Surgical Technologist experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of sterile processing and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to support a variety of surgical specialties
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• California State License preferred
