We are seeking an Account Manager to support and grow client relationships across our portfolio. This is a direct-hire, on-site position located in San Diego, CA. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between Superlanet, our healthcare clients, and internal recruiting teams to ensure the successful delivery of talent solutions across Epic and other IT-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare IT, or another client-facing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within healthcare IT consulting and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

• Buildand maintain strong relationships with hospital and health system clients
• Partnerclosely with recruiting teams to support active staffing initiatives andensure timely candidate delivery
• Coordinateinterviews, client feedback, onboarding activities, and hiring logistics
• Serveas a trusted point of contact for both clients and consultants throughoutengagements
• Conductregular client check-ins to identify staffing needs, project updates, andgrowth opportunities
• Supportexpansion efforts within existing accounts through relationship buildingand strategic communication
• Trackaccount activity, hiring progress, and client updates within internalsystems
• Collaboratewith leadership on account strategy, delivery priorities, and operationalimprovements
• Ensurea high level of customer service and responsiveness across all clientinteractions
• Maintainawareness of healthcare IT industry trends, staffing market conditions,and client initiatives

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, account management,healthcare IT, or another client-facing role
• Strongcommunication and relationship-building skills
• Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highlyorganized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experiencecoordinating interviews, onboarding, or client deliverables preferred
• Familiaritywith healthcare IT, Epic, or hospital environments is a plus
• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office, ATS/CRM systems, AI tools, and virtualcommunication platforms

Compensation

• This role offers a base salary, plus commission and performance-based bonuses tied to individualperformance, role expectations, and business results.

Benefits

Salary range based on qualifications $70,000 - $90,000
