Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to promote effective treatment outcomes.

• Draft and implement detailed treatment plans that set achievable goals, select appropriate interventions, and monitor client progress effectively.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to devise comprehensive treatment strategies that ensure holistic care.

• Offer vital crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and formulating safety plans to protect client well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
