Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for both individual and group clients using telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and private environment for disclosures.

• Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, adapting to their progress and circumstances.

• Collaborate with a remote team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and other social workers, to enhance client outcomes through interdisciplinary care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring all interactions are documented appropriately.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss cases, share insights, and receive feedback aimed at continuous improvement of service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will directly support individuals dealing with end-of-life issues, including emotional, psychological, and spiritual concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license issued by the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in social work, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Proven skills in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• A strong commitment to ethical, culturally competent, and inclusive care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
