Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths and needs, ensuring accurate identification of areas requiring support.

• Deliver individual and group therapy based on evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients manage symptoms and achieve therapeutic goals.

• Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, taking into consideration their progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and educators, to synchronize care and optimize client outcomes.

• Advocate for client rights, connecting them with community resources and services that enhance their support networks.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating seamless communication within the care team.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
