Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting students and their families.

• Facilitate discharge planning for students transitioning out of crisis situations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including healthcare providers and educational staff.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including crisis intervention and both brief and long-term therapeutic techniques to support mental health.

• Present at educational conferences, sharing knowledge and best practices in psychosocial support and counseling.

• Maintain on-call availability to support after-hours crisis management and facilitate immediate interventions when necessary.

You will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, providing them a safe space to express their feelings and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of two years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in school-based or community settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
