Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ strengths and areas for improvement, allowing for the creation of effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other methodologies, to individuals, families, and groups facing mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate integrated care and enhance clients' overall wellness.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and navigate community resources to help clients access necessary support services, ensuring they receive holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health record system to comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance your clinical skills through continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
