Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $60+ per visit

Job Overview BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Braintree, Massachusetts. This is a full‑time, ongoing staff position working with a multi‑disciplinary team to provide skilled nursing care to clients in assisted living and independent living communities. How You’ll Make an Impact Use head‑to‑toe assessment skills to identify subtle changes in patient condition. Apply experience with acute and post‑acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care). Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting. Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring. Conduct comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation. Strong problem‑solving skills in unpredictable home environments. Manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits. Use point‑of‑care documentation and technology efficiently. Pay attention to detail while meeting productivity expectations. Cultural sensitivity and respect for patient autonomy. Adaptability to changing patient needs and schedules. Graduated from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma). At least one year of recent, hands‑on medical experience with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care, or rehab settings. Strong communication and patient advocacy skills. Compensation & Schedule Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule. Base pay is $57.00–$62.00 per point and is subject to negotiation based on qualifications. Flexible scheduling is available.
