1 year contract - Must be able to work W2 Fully Remote About the role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to support B2B billing for retail partners. You’ll prepare and deliver invoices, process approved billing adjustments, and help ensure transactions are accurate, complete, and aligned with commercial terms and internal controls. This role works across billing, finance, and partner-facing teams in a remote environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across regions and cultures. What you’ll do Calculate, prepare, and deliver retailer partner invoices using established Oracle and spreadsheet templates. Process credit and debit memos in accordance with approved requests and procedures. Review commercial contracts and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to apply the correct billing terms and rates. Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to verify invoice accuracy and completeness. Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members. Follow documented controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests. Work with internal teams and global stakeholders, including business process outsourcing (BPO) partners, to support billing operations. What you’ll bring Experience in B2B billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, or a related finance operations role. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with financial data. Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion; experience with Salesforce, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting is beneficial. Ability to follow established procedures, manage recurring deadlines, and handle billing inquiries professionally. Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating with remote, culturally diverse teams.
