Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft individualized therapy strategies that help them reach their functional goals.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate individuals and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to support continual progress at home.
• Document Patient Progress: Track clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on the path to recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications Required

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) License.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
