Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and develop personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Implement Therapeutic Activities: Apply evidence-based practices to help enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday living skills.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on effective therapy techniques for continued progress at home.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments when necessary to ensure that patients are making steady improvements.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Ongoing education or additional certifications are highly encouraged and supported

Current OTR/L license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
