Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional milestones.
Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply research-supported practices to enhance patients' motor capabilities, cognitive functions, and daily life activities.
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care.
Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to foster continuous progress at home.
Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure sustained patient advancement.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
