Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and formulate customized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional targets.

Partner closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff for a holistic approach to patient care.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
