First-year earning potential when goals are met: $200,000+

Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with precision and care.
• Leverage our proven systems to effectively market luxury properties, highlighting their unique features and value to potential buyers.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategic plans for entering and thriving in the luxury real estate market.
• Provide exceptional service and communication to clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfying transaction experience.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values in the Miami-Miami Beach-Kendall area to offer clients the most current and relevant advice.
• Utilize mentorship and training resources to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in luxury real estate.
• Coordinate and conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing the elegance and exclusivity of luxury listings to prospective buyers.

• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury properties, is highly valued.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
