Temporary Administrative Support Role

This temporary role provides administrative and clerical support to a sales team during the busiest time of the year. Assignment details: up to 6-month assignment full time hours. Hours are typically 8-5 M-F. Possible overtime required. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel
• Supporting quoting team with proposal creation
• Entering customer information into our systems
• Directing calls or responding to inquiries
• Scheduling appointments
• Working on projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
• Group health insurance experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

The annual hourly wage for this position is $25.00 - $28.00.
