Clinical Scientist/Sr. Clinical Scientist, Oncology
Corcept Therapeutics
Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Clinical Scientist to oversee the clinical and scientific integrity of oncology trials. The role involves serving as a subject matter expert, managing clinical operations and regulatory activities, and collaborating across functions to advance drug development programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as clinical subject matter expert for company and external stakeholders on oncology programs
- Provide scientific oversight to internal teams, CROs, and clinical trial sites
- Collaborate on protocol development, regulatory documents, and clinical study reports
- Conduct clinical oversight and participate in safety monitoring for ongoing trials
- Interact with principal investigators and develop presentations for therapeutic area
Requirements
- PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent degree
- Oncology therapeutic area experience preferred
- Strong clinical and scientific knowledge
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, nimble environment with shifting priorities
- Experience with regulatory submissions and clinical trial oversight
