Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide direct telehealth therapy services, including individual, family, and couples sessions, tailored to the client’s specific circumstances.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including crisis response units when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate support during crisis situations.

• Act as a clinical leader, guiding less experienced team members and providing them with the resources needed to thrive in high-pressure situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources for ongoing care, case management, and aftercare as required.

• Stay informed about local resources and programs that can benefit clients, developing strong community partnerships to enhance service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT).

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• Outstanding clinical judgment and critical thinking skills, enabling effective treatment and intervention.

• Proficiency in understanding adolescent and adult mental health issues and co-occurring disorders.

• Adept at working in dynamic environments where adaptability is key to ensuring effective client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting, preferred.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and tools is a plus.

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
