Lift Truck Operator

Our client, a major food and snack distribution center in Avon, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their team as a Stand-up Forklift Operator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic warehouse environment, supporting efficient distribution operations. The ideal candidate must have previous experience operating Stand up Forklifts and Order Picker equipment. Must be able to work overtime.

Job Title: Stand-up Forklift Operator and Walkie Rider

Location: Avon

Pay Range: $20.50 per hour

Shifts Available: 3rd Shift 11:00pm - 7:00am - Must be able to work overtime

What's the Job?

• MUST Operate stand-up forklifts and Walkie Rider to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise efficiently and safely.

• Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

• 1 year experience operating stand-up forklifts and Walkie Rider in a warehouse setting required

• HS Diploma or GED required

• Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.

• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
