Sally Kim Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Duarte, California.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, confident speaking with customers, and passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Insurance sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider a motivated candidate with strong sales and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, leads, and cross-selling
• Quote and sell auto, home, umbrella, specialty, and life insurance products
• Follow up with potential customers
• Keep customer and sales information updated
• Meet sales goals
• Build strong customer relationships
• Attend meetings and training

Requirements

• California Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses are required
• Candidates without licenses may apply but must be willing to obtain both licenses
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Korean is a plus
