Responsibilities

• Meet, present, and sell insurance policies to new clients in person or via phone
• Cross selling
• Build referral resources within the dealership
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Comply with company standards of documentation
• Engage with potential clients visiting our high-traffic location, providing a welcoming and informative first impression.
• Assess client needs through active listening and insightful questioning to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Clearly explain policy details, coverage options, and pricing to clients in both English and Spanish.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and encouraging long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the center's overall success.
• Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Requirements

• P&C Insurance License - California (Required)
• Spanish (Required)
• Life licensed will be helpful.
• Ability to build quick rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability and motivation to work during our peak hours of evenings and Saturdays/Sundays
