We are a Mechanical/HVAC subcontractor seeking a Project Engineer/Assistant PM to help drive projects from concept to completion while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret plans; perform on-screen takeoffs Create project budgets and prepare proposals for customers Manage active projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget Schedule job-site visits with the Production Team Prepare takeoff sheets, determine pricing, and create estimates for specialty projects Extract plan details as requested Respond to customer and internal team inquiries via phone and email Perform additional office duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam (preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to excel in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Prior HVAC or mechanical construction experience a plus Apply now!
