Key Responsibilities for the Contract Administrator:
• Review incoming contracts, licensing agreements, and customer agreements
• Identify contractual risks and escalate concerns when necessary
• Draft and process amendments, addendums, and contract modifications
• Review customer-requested changes to Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
• Monitor contracts through execution and signature process
• Update Salesforce with executed agreement details and contract status


Qualifications for the Contract Administrator:
• Experience managing contracts through the full contract lifecycle
• Contract administration experience (not requiring paralegal-level expertise)
• Experience reviewing agreements and identifying contractual risks
• Familiarity with Salesforce or contract management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
