Position: Field Sales Representative Location: Parsippany, New Jersey Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business growth within a defined territory by identifying prospects, conducting on-site assessments, and presenting tailored solutions. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, closing multi-year service agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. The position requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits Conduct on-site assessments and presentations Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas Collaborate with service and operations teams Required Experience/Skills 0–2+ years of B2B sales experience; experience in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and consistently exceed sales targets Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle Preferred Experience/Skills Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools Experience developing proposals and negotiating multi-year agreements Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building long-term client relationships Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a competitive sales environment Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Sales training or certifications in B2B sales Ongoing professional development in sales or account management If eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
