What You’ll Do: Drive membership sales and follow up with leads via phone, text, and email Conduct studio tours and intro class sales presentations Serve as a leader and mentor for the sales team Support the General Manager in executing sales strategies and team training Promote retail, private training, and upsells to increase studio revenue Ensure data accuracy and follow-up tracking in Club Ready software Deliver a top-tier experience to every prospect and member What We’re Looking For: Previous sales experience (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred) Strong communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of exceeding sales goals Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Passionate about fitness and wellness Experience using Club Ready is a plus What You’ll Get: Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission 32-40 hours per week Discounts on retail and special promotions Real opportunities for growth within the company Why Club Pilates North Houston?
