Our client is seeking a high-impact Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function for a PE-backed manufacturing business with multi-site operations and over $150M in revenue in Rochester, Minnesota.

This strategic, hands-on leader will own reporting, FP&A, KPI management, cash flow, and capital allocation, partnering with ownership and operations to drive profitability and growth, including potential acquisitions.
