About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Advancement to play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of its ministry. The successful candidate will be the primary leader and strategist for all development efforts, with a focus on building the organization's reputation and reach in the realm of men's discipleship. This includes the development of partnerships, and the cultivation of major, mid-level, digital, and recurring gifts, as well as the planning and execution of events. The role is key in helping the company transition from being associated with a single founder to being recognized as a leading organization in the field. Applicants for the Vice President of Advancement position at the company should have a strong background in donor relations, with a proven track record of securing major gifts. Experience in planned giving strategies is also essential to support the advancement of the company's mission. The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate the organization's vision and values, and who is passionate about the transformative power of authentic, Christ-centered relationships. The ideal candidate will be a leader in the field of development, with the ability to inspire and engage others in the pursuit of the company's goals.
