Legal Billing Coordinator

A well-established firm is seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to join its New Jersey office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and has strong attention to detail.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and edit client invoices in line with firm policies
Manage e-billing processes and ensure accuracy of billing data
Handle complex billing (discounts, split billing, electronic submissions)
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve discrepancies
Respond to client billing inquiries and process write-offs
Assist with monthly/quarterly billing reports
? What Were Looking For:
3+ years of law firm billing experience
Experience with Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume billing
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Salary: $85K $100K (commensurate with experience)
