The Restaurant Manager directly manages Team Members, Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers. The Restaurant Manager has overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees), achieving 100% guest satisfaction and ensuring desired restaurant outcomes of increased sales, profitability and employee retention.

- Motivating and directing team members and restaurant management to exceed guest expectations by delivering hot food within the established speed of service guidelines while offering friendly service in clean surroundings.
- Managing Restaurant Profit and Loss by maintaining inventory and managing labor while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed according to standards.
- Building team talent through recruiting, selecting, hiring and retention.
- Two or more years of management/supervisory experience in a fast food restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
