Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are looking for a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist to work in Solano County, Fremont. In partnership with the Case Manager, you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders and serve as an educator, patient advocate and member of the interdisciplinary care team.
