Pay: $20–$21/hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule:

Shift 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM CST; Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM CST. Thursday and Sunday are off.

Shift 2: Tuesday and Friday 8am-530pm T-F and 8am-2pm Sat.

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and business partners, assisting with delivery and pickup scheduling, shipment updates, order inquiries, and issue resolution. This is a high-volume, phone-focused position that requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with delivery and pickup scheduling.
• Provide shipment updates, tracking information, and estimated delivery times.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Research and resolve shipment-related issues and customer concerns.
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve problems.
• Assist with customer orders and payment-related communications.
• Handle customer complaints and disputes professionally and efficiently.
• Update customer and shipment information as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of high-volume customer service experience required.
• Call center, banking, insurance, collections, fraud, or similar experience is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident communicating with customers and handling difficult conversations.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
